Hi everyone!

As I post this, I am about to go to bed. It is 10:30 here and I wasn't able to post the results of the contest today, as I said I would. I AM SO SORRY!! I unexpectedly had to go to a two hour chorus rehearsal tonight and I just got home a few minutes ago. I will do my very best to have the results of the contest posted tommorow! Again, I'm so sorry. :( This is a very busy week of school, chorus, chorus rehearsals, etc.....

Extending the Contest!

I've decided to extend my Thanksgiving contest a few days because I only have one entry so far. Your pictures were originally due today, but they are now due Monday the 29th. Hope this gives you more time to enter!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

I'm so excited to have a wonderful Thanksgiving with my family today! We are going to go to my aunt's house tonight and have lots of delicious food there like turkey, mashed potatoes, and pumpkin pie! I think we are even going shopping tommorow for all the Black Friday specials! My dolls have been having fun celebrating Thanksgiving too!

Today is a special day to be very thankful for what you have. :) I have so many things to be thankful for- my family, friends, food, a warm house, my dolls, and so much more!

Thanksgiving Doll Photo Contest!!!!!

Hi everyone!!!

SURPRISE!!!!! It's time for my first Doll Photo Contest on my blog!!!  Since it's almost Thanksgiving, I have decided to make it a Thanksgiving themed photo contest! :D I'm so excited to announce it to you all!

Here is all the information about the contest! :)

Theme: As I said before, it is a Thanksgiving themed photo contest. This means you can take a picture of your dolls celebrating Thanksgiving, giving thanks, making pie, baking, eating turkey, or whatever Thanksgiving means to you.

Rules: You need to have a parent's permission and your photo must be of dolls.  (The winner will need to send me an address to send their prize too.) And.... Have fun!!
Note: They do not HAVE to be American Girl dolls.

Judging: I will judge your photos based on creativity, the lighting, neatness, and how your dolls look. (That means your doll's/s hair should be fixed neatly, etc.)

Sending in Your Picture: Please send your picture to me in an email to agfan2010@aol.com. You may post your picture on your blog and send me the link in an email if you'd like. But you need to specify which picture you are entering if there is more than one picture in the post. Also if you do that, please give me the link of the post, not to your homepage of your blog.

Due Date: Your picture will be due on Saturday, November 27, 2010. That is the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The results will be posted on Sunday, November 28, 2010. This gives you all one week.

Prizes and Winners: How could I forget about prizes? :D There will be a 1st and 2nd Place winner! The 1st Place winner will receive a blue holiday wristlet for dolls and an award for her blog! The 2nd Place winner will receive an award for her blog!

Special Edition of the Felicity Movie!

Hi everyone! :)

It's almost Thanksgiving! I'm so excited!

Anyway, I recently learned that American Girl is going to release a special edition of the Felicity movie in February of 2011 for their 25th anniversary. It will have new bonus features on it as well. I think it is kind of odd that American Girl is retiring Felicity and then.... releasing a special edition of her movie afterwards? What do you think?

A Life of Faith Doll Photos- Season 3 LDC

Hi everyone!!

As many of you know, I have two ALOF dolls, Elsie and Millie! I am also a contributor to www.dollsoffath.blogspot.com. A while ago, The LDC ( Life of Faith Doll Contest) was started on an AG Message Board. Later, a blog was made about the ALOF dolls. The contests are now put on it. (The link to it is above.) In this contest, there are different rounds. For each round, you send in a picture corresponding to that round. If you win the contest, you get to host the next season. Right now, the 3rd Season of LDC has started. I entered again. :) This round I decided to use Millie. The first round is HANDS! So, I wanted to show you all the pictures I took!
