Spring Giveaway!

Hi everyone!

It is finally time to have my first Spring Giveaway!! :) YAY!!

I will be giving away the current Spring (April) Issue of American Girl Magazine!! :) It is also their special Animal Issue! You could win it completely NEW and FREE!

This issue is filled with many awesome things such as recipies, stories, advice, and lots and lots of adorable animal posters! :D I really enjoyed reading my own issue!

Rules:

1.) Please ask a parent's permission before entering.

2.) Enter below with a comment saying your name, that you would like to enter, and what your favorite thing about spring is. Please also include your email. This way I can contact you if you win. If you do not want to include an email, you will need to send me an email if you win.

Deadline:

The deadline to enter the giveaway is Friday, April 1. On Saturday, April 2, I will put all of the names of the people who entered on pieces of paper and draw one out of a bowl without looking. The winner will be announced on Saturday, April 2! :)

An Announcement

Hello everyone!

Many of you have voted on my giveaway poll and a Spring Dress received the most votes. I said that the item with the most votes would win.

However, there isn't really a store near me that sells nice doll dresses and I don't have enough time to make one right now. American Girl doll dresses are too expensive for me to buy right now too.

Therefore, I have decided to give away something else! It is still American Girl related and it is spring themed too! It is a SURPRISE for now though. The giveaway will start tommorow, so you can find out then!

I am really sorry that I am not able to give away a doll dress right now. I really wanted to! One day I will give away a doll dress though, just not right now.

WOW!! It's already almost spring!!

Yesterday, I took some portraits of Elizabeth for the American Girl Contest Season 6!!! I also wanted to show you some pictures I took at the US Botanical Gardens in DC!! I went there for a Latin trip with my class in February!

I chose this one. :)

The inside of the Garden house was so beautiful!! You immediately went in and you felt like your were in a tropical rainforest because of the flowers, plants, water, mist, sun, and heat.

We weren't able to go every where because we only had a certain amount of time, but it was really neat to go anyway! :)

I ordered The Doll Winter Coat from Amazon. I got it for $16.85. You may be able to get it from other sellers on there too. Different sellers sell it at different prices. (I think I ordered mine from a different seller who was selling it.)

Anyway, I will have some more fun posts up this weekend because I have more time due to a THREE day weekend!!

Today I went to the Botanical Gardens in DC, so I will probably be posting pictures of that!! It isn't doll related, but it's still cool!!

I just love Valentines Day!!!!

Valentines Day is of course about friendship and love. <3

What did you get for Valentines Day? Did you make any Valentine cards? I made one for my friend today in school during Latin class. (It was an assignment from the teacher to write a Valentine card in Latin.)

P.S. I am very sorry I have't posted in such a long time. I got very sick with a cold, cough, and ear infection, so I didn't feel well at all. :( My laptop also broke, so I have been using the other computer, which is slow. This weekend I also wasn't able to post because I had eight hour rehearsals every day in another state for a district chorus. So, I just wanted to let you know in case you were wondering. The results (correct answer) of the poll will be posted later this week! :)

Hi it's Ruthie again!!

After playing in the snow, I got very hungry, so Anne (my owner) made chocolate chip cookies!

I ate one with a glass of milk!

Another Snow Day!

Hi everyone!

This is Ruthie writing a post!

Did you get snow today? We sure did and because of it the schools closed and.... we could get up to eight more inches tonight!!!! :) Yippee!! :D

Today I got all bundled up and went out to play in the snow!

The snow is not very deep yet for me, but tommorow it will probably be!

I had so much fun outside in the snow!! I LOVE my pink boots, they kept me warm! I like my coat too and I might be getting a new one later! I've been wanting a soft white coat for a long time!

I hope I can play in the snow again soon with my sisters!

So if you got snow, be sure to play in it! You'll have fun!
