Charlotte and Lilly's Birthday!

A days ago, Charlotte and Lilly Claire celebrated their birthday!

"Happy birthday Charlotte!" "Happy birthday Lilly!"

They enjoyed delicious party treats, such as pizza, cake, ice cream, and soda. (The soda and chocolate syrup are lip glosses from Hershey Park. The cake and ice cream set is from American Girl! I made the presents.)

Lilly and Chrissa had so much fun! I made the party hats from the Doll Parties Craft Kit!

Charlotte opened a present as well!

Lilly is all excited at her party!!

Behind the Scenes:

Right after I finished taking pictures for the story, Ruthie fell over. I took a picture. LOL

Back to School Fun! Doll Fun Special # 2

Have you gone back to school yet? I went back on Tuesday. It was my first day of eleventh grade, junior year of high school! The homework load is definitely heavier this year and I have a lot of activities as well... sigh... I wish it was still summer.

Since it is around the time you go back to school, I decided to do a Back to School themed Doll Fun Special! Have fun reading some school ideas!

A few years ago I found some miniature school accessories, which are perfect for dolls!

Some of the things I found include, notebooks, sticky notes, tape, rulers, a stapler, and scissors! The calculator was made from the Doll School Craft Kit!

I also found these mini gel pens an eraser.

This backpack is also just too cute!

You can probably find these types of items at your local pharmacy, dollar store, or party store. They are not usually too expensive. I found mine at two pharmacies near me.

This is Molly's desk that my older sister is letting me borrow for a little while. I can store some of the supplies in here!

These lunchboxes I got from Target. They were selling these adorable Coca Cola and Sprite lunch boxes in the dollar section. Using clay, you can sculp "food" for your dolls and pack it for them in their lunchboxes. :) I got the idea from Doll Diaries! Target sometimes has surprise doll sized finds in their dollar section, so you might want to check it out!

You can also make many doll sized school supplies yourself! You could make a mini compostition book for your doll by cutting out pieces out of an old notebook (with a parent's permission) and stapling paper in between them. Cutting slips of paper and making pretend worksheets is another fun idea.
Go HERE to check out a tutorial on how to make a doll school locker!

For even more doll school craft ideas, check out the Doll School Craft Kit from American Girl!

What have you made for your doll? Have you made any school supplies for them?

P.S. If you miss a Doll Fun Special, you can easily read any past ones from the last months in my NEW page titled Doll Fun Specials. (I add the one from the previous month each time I post a new one.)

Also, check back tommorow for a Back to School Giveaway!

Happy Valentines Day!!!!

Happy Valentines Day!!!

I just love Valentines Day!!!!

Valentines Day is of course about friendship and love. <3

So, I want to thank all of my fabulous AG friends for being amazing friends!!!

Thank you all 48 followers and thank you for all of the sweet comments!!!

Rebecca loves her box of chocolates!

Eating chocolate and looking at her Valentines....  ;)

I got a box of chocolate from my mom today when I came home from school! <3

I'm giving her one as well. :)

What did you get for Valentines Day? Did you make any Valentine cards? I made one for my friend today in school during Latin class. (It was an assignment from the teacher to write a Valentine card in Latin.)

I hope you have a sweet, wonderful Happy Valentines Day!

Love,

Anne & the Dolls

P.S. I am very sorry I have't posted in such a long time. I got very sick with a cold, cough, and ear infection, so I didn't feel well at all. :( My laptop also broke, so I have been using the other computer, which is slow. This weekend I also wasn't able to post because I had eight hour rehearsals every day in another state for a district chorus. So, I just wanted to let you know in case you were wondering. The results (correct answer) of the poll will be posted later this week! :)

Places to find Dolls & Accessories!

Do you ever wonder where you can find things for you doll/s besides the American Girl Store? You probably do! I know I do! :D Well this post is all about the different stores where you can find dolls and accessories! Many of you probably already know this, but Target sells dolls and accessories! The brand at Target is called Our Generation! I discovered this a long time ago, but I wanted to show you some of the things they have, which I got from there! There is also a dollar section where you can find miniature things that are doll sized! Take a look!

There are so many other stores where you can find dolls, accessories, and doll sized things too! Here is a list, which may help you:

Toys R Us
Michaels
Jo Ann's Craft Store
CVS
Walmart
Rite Aid Pharmacy
AC Moore
Claires
Sears- Sometimes has Dolly and Me dolls!

I hope I helped you in your search for doll things!

Feel free to post a comment if you want to add a store where you found something, or if you just want to comment! :)

Thanks for reading my blog!

Doll Sized Notebooks!

Hey! :)

Today my mom and I went... Back to School Shopping!!!! It seems like everyone is doing that. I wonder why. :D LOL I also got a haircut, which I LOVE! (Two inches off, styled, angled, curled, and layered!)

Anyway, we went to Staples, which by the way, is having awesome sales right now like 1 cent notebooks and copy paper! I was looking through the sale booklet and saw mini composition notebooks for 50 cents! I decided to get some for my dolls! I was searching through all the supplies and found these!

Purple and Green with flowers!

They are so cool!

Chrissa loves her notebooks! :D

A Cool Doll Sized Find!

Hi everyone! :)

Today, my mom and I went to Michaels Craft Store! I needed to get some materials to make the things in my doll party kit. While I was looking around, I noticed a section with doll sized food!
LOOK what I found!

A mini ice cream cone and cupcake! At first I thought they were erasers, but they actually aren't. They are perfect for your AG dolls or your other dolls!

Rebecca loves cupcakes!

She also loves ice cream! :) She looks so cute holding it! :)

ADORABLE!

You can find these at Michaels for $1.00 each.

Do any of you have these? I think they are really neat, especially to use for your dolls!
